RASBERRY ROOIBOS DELIGHT

The sweetness of raspberry compliments this sophisticated vanilla sweet latte.

Ingredients
• Prepared rooibos tea
• 1 tablespoon of raspberry coulis
• Sugar
• 80 ml frothed milk

Method
Put 1 tablespoon of the raspberry coulis and a little bit of sugar on the bottom of the glass. Pour the frothed milk into the cup and slowly pour the tea through the center of the frothed milk. Finish with some cinnamon sugar.

rooibos frappuccino

Vanilla Rooibos infused with raspberries makes for the perfect pairing.

Ingredients
• 3 tablespoons of red berry coulis
• 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
• 2 cups of cooled Bokkeveld vanilla flavoured rooibos

Method
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend to a smooth consistency. Pour mixture into a glass and top with whipped cream.

ROOIBOS coconut shake

Indulge yourself with this smoothly combined coconut flavour and sweet milky rooibos tea.

Ingredients
• 2 cups of cooled Bokkeveld vanilla flavoured rooibos
• 2 tablespoons coconut cream
• 2 tablespoons caramel syrup
• 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
• Chocolate sauce or whipped cream and caramel popcorn (decoration)

Method
Put all the ingredients except the rooibos tea in the blender and pour the tea on top once the tea has cooled off. Blend and pour the mixture into a glass. Finish with whipped cream, chocolate sauce and caramel popcorn.

rooibos HONEY GINGER

Rooibos tea with the sweet taste of honey and  a hint of soothing ginger.

Ingredients
• 2 teaspoons of honey 
• 80ml of frothed milk 
• 3 to 4 pinches of ground ginger 

Method
Pour the honey in the bottom of a tall Recipe Glass and sprinkle the ginger on top. Froth milk and place on top of the ginger honey mix (along with any remaining liquid milk. Prepare the Rooibos tea and slowly pour through the middle of the froth until it separates from the milk and creates 4 distinct layers.

RED REVOLUTION COCKTAIL

A deliciously decadent twist on rooibos enjoyed in this refrshing berry cocktail. 

Ingredients
• 2 teaspoons red berry coulis
• 2 tots coconut liqueur
• 125ml Bokkeveld pure rooibos tea (cooled)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla syrup

Method
Mix red berry coulis, coconut liqueur and vanilla syrup together. Pour into cocktail glass and add the cooled rooibos tea. Garnish with fresh berries.

ALMOND CAPPUCCINO

A soothing infusion of rooibos and  delicate almond flavour .

Ingredients
• Prepared Rooibos tea
• Almond milk
• Cinnamon
• Honey
• Whipped cream

Method
Prepare the rooibos tea in a teapot using 2 to 3 teabags with boiling water. Mix 1 to 2 teaspoons of honey while tea is hot. Pour 1 part frothed almond milk into cup and pour tea slowly into the cup. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.

RED BERRY BOMB

Why not blow up your tastebuds with this creamy crowdpleaser.

Ingredients
• 4 to 5 scoops vanilla ice cream • 125ml vanilla flavoured Bokkeveld rooibos tea (cooled) • 2 tots Nachtmuzik chocolate liqueur • Strawberry sauce

Method
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend to a smooth consistency. Pour mixture into a glass coated on the inside with raspberry sauce.

rooibos caramel lattes

Comforting caramel and cinnamon flavours paired with velvety foamed milk.

Ingredients
• Prepared Rooibos tea
• 80ml frothed milk
• Caramel syrup
• Cinnamon

Method
Prepare the rooibos tea in a teapot using 2 to 3 teabags with boiling water. Mix 1 to 2 teaspoons of caramel syrup while tea is hot. Pour frothed milk into cup and pour tea slowly into the cup. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy with a mildly spiced biscuit.

Rooibos Chocolate Liqueur

Pure chocolate and coconut indulgence perfect for any cocktail party.

Ingredients
• 5 to 6 scoops of vanilla ice cream • 1 tot Nachtmuzik chocolate liqueur • 1 tot Coconut Lovoka liqueur • 125ml rooibos tea (cooled) • 1 to 2 pumps of chocolate sauce

Method
Put all the ingredients except the rooibos tea in the blender and pour the tea on top once the tea has cooled off. Blend and pour into glass. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
